DAMAGED PRODUCT I RECEIVED
In the rare case the product you received is damaged, incomplete or wrong we apologize for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that every product is correctly placed to every customer. Claims can be done within 14 working days of making purchase and all claims will be entertained after the approval from quality department.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
GARNET make sure that all our customers are satisfied so offer this opportunity to exchange product with another but with few limitations.
1. Please note that items on sale and promotion are not eligible for exchange.
2. Once sale starts the final price at the sale will be the final price for any exchange.
3. If the article is not used, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and you have original invoice with you, then you are good to go with the exchange within 15 working days (subject to availability).
CASH REFUND.
If there is any manufacturing fault in product then a refund will be issued within 14 working days once we received the item & will refund the amount to your bank account/other payment methods.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Garnet has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
Note: The decision of the company will be considered final in all scenarios.
DELIVERY TIME
We are catering customers from world wide. The orders received from countries other than Pakistan will be delivered through FedEx. All orders received from Pakistan will be delivered by Leopards , TCS & MnP Courier.
Product will be dispatched within a day once order is confirmed over call or email.
Delivery will be done from Pakistan
It will take 3-5 Days for the packet to be delivered in Pakistan
It will take 6 -10 Days for the packet to be delivered world Wide.
